Features
The brush heads were carefully constructed manually. Used for trimming and touch up painting.
The center of brush head with rich filament on top which can easily reach the deep corner at the bottom of rough surfaces.
Process
Mix the Natural Bristle or Filament according to the formulation base on performance or cost perspective.
Headmaking manually or automatically.
Poure the epoxy into the brush heads. Glue the filament with ferrule.
Clean up the loosen filament from the brush heads
Connect the brush heads to the handle through nailing or crimping process.
Wrap and Pack the brush with packages.
